. I can understand his. When you consider that Jefferson's original book was a cut and glue book, it is amazing that we can see what he did. For ten years, he edited the award-winning DEATHREALM magazine, and has edited three anthologies (SONG OF CTHULHU, DEATHREALMS, and EVERMORE). But there were new facts aplenty. He also serves as the President and CEO of the McWhiney History Education Group. And the same can be said about Envy. It is informative, gentle, probing and witty when needed. I thought this book was amazing. This is really a book of poems regarding death yet it does make the point of how short life really is, one can suddenly face death by illness or accident. So the editors of this SF anthology believe that cyberpunk became, after more than twenty years, too much of a popular cliche, or brand, to continue as a useful SF subgenre, and present these stories as stories that move beyond cyberpunk to a new paradigm.
