. I am glad I took the time to do so, because this to me is what literature is all about. The book was required for a course and, although not my cup of tea, was well written and easy to understand. I would recommend this for anyone who is dealing with coming out, or to families and friends of gay teenagers. It provokes us, excites us, and pries back the exterior to peek into the darkest parts of our souls. Jean-Baptiste returns to North America with a burning desire to create his own place in the New World. A leader attempting to move the "flywheel" and patiently wait out trends that do not fit the vision, that distraction can make the difference between the company going from "Good to Great". He enjoyed the book.
